Deuteronomy 31:29Deuteronomy 31:29

내가 알거니와 내가 죽은 후에 너희가 스스로 부패하여 내가 너희에게 명한 길을 떠나서 여호와의 목전에 악을 행하여 너희의 손으로 하는 일로 그를 격노케 하므로 너희가 말세에 재앙을 당하리라’ 하니라

  • Bold, larger (ˈ) = say it strong and a little longer — the stressed syllable.
  • Faint = weak and short (a reduced vowel). Don't give every syllable equal weight.
  • Tiny 으 · 트 · 스 = barely voiced. English has no vowel there — stop on the consonant.
  • Whole word faint (the, of, and, to…) = light and quick in a sentence; stress the content words.
  • Small f v θ ð r = sounds Korean doesn't have — f: upper teeth on the lower lip; v: the same, voiced; θ/ð: tongue tip between the teeth; r: tongue curled back, touching nothing.
